Normal Mail - Mailbox delivery, no tracking

SmartPac - Recipient or mailbox delivery, minimal tracking information, no signature requried.

Registered mail - Recipient signature required or collection at nearest post office, full tracking information available

PopStation - self collection at supported PopStation

  • We ship out your order on the next 1-2 business days via Singpos registered , SmartPac or normal (ordinary) mail, you should be able to receive it in 1-3 days after we ship out. (It could take up to 5 working days during peak season). We try our best to ship out all orders as soon as we can, but delay could happen during holiday season or Japan shipment delay.
  • Free normal mail shipping and $3 shipping charge for registered mail. Free registered mail shipping for order $50 and above. Customer bear the risk of loss if normal mail method is selected.
  • For order $50 and above, your shipment will be upgraded to registered mail automatically without further notice. 
  • We do not offer cash-on-delivery or pick-up service. 
  • Please make sure the address provided is correct, we will charge shipping and re-packaging fees for both normal and registered mail for any re-delivery.

International order will be shipped out via Singpost registered mail, normally it takes 6-10 working days for delivery. Please refer http://www.singpost.com/postage-rate for more details.

 

How long it takes for my order to be shipped out?

All order will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. We try our best to ship out all orders as soon as we can, but delay could happen during holiday season or Japan shipment delay.

 

How long will I receive my item?

After we ship out, you should be able to receive it within 1-3 working days. For some cases, delivery could take up to 5 working days. For normal mail, please check your mailbox.

 

Why I still haven't receive my item?

Tracking code (registered mail) will be sent out to our customer via email after we ship out your order, you may check the status of the delivery. If you are still unclear, please contact us at contact@greentea.sg. If you choose "Normal Mail" shipping, there is no tracking code available, please check your mailbox or with the receptionist. You should receive it within 5 working days.

 

I received wrong item, what should I do?
