Misaki Uji Matcha is produced from higher grade first flush Tencha grown in Uji. Uji is one of the most popular region in Japan for its good matcha production. This Misaki Uji Matcha has good umami sweetness and lower bitterness, suitable for making matcha thin tea as in Japanese Tea Ceremony. Similar to our Daily Matcha, it's also good for making matcha beverages such as matcha latte and smoothies.
