Culinary Matcha

Culinary matcha is lower grade matcha that produced with mature tea leaf. Culinary grade matcha has more bitterness and stronger taste, make it less suitable for making matcha tea without adding sugar or milk. Culinary grade matcha are suitable for baking, making dessert and sweet drink.

Almost all Matcha sold in supermarket are culinary grade (but with the price of classic or premium grade). If you are looking for something similar to Matcha sold in the supermarket, Matcha in this category are something you need.
