Organic Teas are Japanese green tea that grown and produced following the strict organic guideline from JAS. They are all certified organic by JAS.

In general, organic green tea or Matcha has lower sweetness compare to non-organic, this is because of the strict guideline of USDA/JAS standard limit the usage of fertilizer that used to provide energy to tea plants. Organic green tea or Matcha has its unique sweetness and flavor which we think it's quite good and balance. But for non-regular drinkers or first time drinkers, we recommend you try the non-organic version.

Experienced drinker focus more on the overall balance and tends to love organic tea, but for new drinker, we always suggest non-organic tea first.
